Reverb Records announced it will be releasing our re-mix CD in November, 2007.
It will feature songs from both "To Where You Are" and "44 Down" remixed by Ulrich Schnauss(UK), Carmen Rizzo(LA), BASIC(Belfast), Antahkarana Music(Mexico City), and Darren Ebert(Seattle) among others. Stayed tuned for some forthcoming samples from the album!
Meanwhile we're back in the studio working on our next album. If you've been to a recent show, you heard some of the new songs....
We'll be at NW Musicfest on September 7th. Hope to see you there!

"Grind House".
We're back from our tour that took us to some familiar as well as new places. Dubbed "Grind House Tour 07" because of the extreme amount of driving we did in a short time. Many days consisted of 8 to 10 hr. drives in order to accommodate the schedule. Stops included Minneapolis for the first time as well as Detroit's Lager House where we set up our merch table on apparently hollowed ground, for a local informed us it was the place where Jack White himself would stand every time he was in. Also, The NXNE music fest invited us to play and we received a critics pick for our show. Getting across the border to and from was done with little difficultly because unfortunately we don't look like drug dealers. After that stops in NYC (Knitting Factory) and a return performance in Cincinnati that almost didn't happen because of a tire blowout that occurred in the Appalachians of Western Pennsylvania. Some friendly locals helped us get our vehicle off the highway to a safe spot to put on the spare. We then hit St. Louis where the scene has been incredibly supportive and Denver as well!
All in all a great trip! We really enjoyed seeing you all out there and see you next time!

FRIDAY, APRIL 20TH -
We're in LA now...WOO! Our show in Oakland was fun. Montana opened (geek talk afterwards). Whalebone was next, aka our road stalkers (just kidding), then Hardy Harr and then us.
Now we're hanging out with band super-fan and awesome dog Sally and her owner who puts up with way too much High Violets, Tom. We're really looking forward to our show at Club Violane tomorrow night. I've put a few pics up here so check them out if you feel like it.
THURSDAY, APRIL 19TH -
We're in San Fran Frisky on day 3 of our tour. Our show last night at the makeout room was awesome. Thanks to Ultraset and The Ghosts of Curtis for putting on a great show. Also, Colin
joined a space cult, so expect pictures of that soon!
Finally, a very special thanks to James of Foxtail Summersault for putting us up in the COOLEST house ever to exist here.
